Erath Series of Cheese Classes

Join Christine at Erath vinyards for a night of cheese and wine. Each class includes 7 or 8 cheese selections, bread or crackers, fresh fruit and selected accompaniments based on cheese selections. Plates could be considered light meal. Each session includes both a red and a white wine selection from Erath.

Guided tastings begin at 7:00pm and last between 1 and 1.5 hours. Tastings are lively and engaging and students leave with an understanding of cheese from various regions and why they look, smell and taste as they do. Includes handouts and serving/pairing/buying information.
