Jeff Roberts, author of The Atlas of American Artisan Cheese – considered a must-have for a food-lover’s library – will present a seminar on the renaissance of artisanal cheese in the United States with a specific focus on the Northwest. The session, which costs $10 per person, begins at 10 a.m. and includes a tasting of several Northwest cheeses.

Laura Werlin, author of three books about artisan cheese, including The New American Cheese - the first book of its kind to focus exclusively on American cheese - and her soon-to-be released, Cheese Essentials, will host a 90-minute guided tasting on the eight styles of cheese produced here in the Northwest paired with local wines. The session costs $20 and begins at 1 p.m.
Pick up tickets at Wedge Fest Information booth AT LEAST one hour prior to the session. Unclaimed tickets will be avaialble for purchase one hour prior to event.
